  Payment Options

DaVinci accepts Visa and Master card credit cards in their secure online store using PayPal. All prices shown are in Australian Dollars and include government service tax. You will receive email confirmation as soon as you have completed your order and again when your order has been processed.

  Receiving Your Order

DaVinci Designer Jewellery will send email confirmation once your order is shipped. There is a flat rate of AU$18.00 charged for shipping up to 3 items of jewellery. This includes $100 insurance coverage. There is an extra charge for courier delivery which includes online tracking and email confirmation of your tracking details. Your jewellery wil be delivered to your doorstep. Please provide a delivery address, and ensure that there will be a person available to accept your order between normal business hours.

  Unconditional Guarantee

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you wish to return any products or need any assistance. We will provide you with an account credit provided the products returned are in perfect order, as you received them. Refunds will not include postage costs. We are always here to serve you, so please contact us whenever necessary.
