Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, although many go the same day. Staff are available to answer your emails and help you place orders Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm New Zealand time).

Free New Zealand Shipping

All orders to New Zealand destinations  are sent  via Courier Post (signature required at destination).
All orders over NZ $150 are freighted FREE OF COST to destinations within New Zealand only. Orders under NZ $150 (up to 200grams) cost NZ $8.

International Economy Courier

2 - 8 days with signature on delivery, includes insurance up to NZ $250 and online tracking

International Air Postage

2 - 8 days - flat small parcel rate (up to 4 items of jewellery)

Please confirm which method of delivery you require (courier or postage) and which country in Shipping Checkout.

Please add any other relevant information in space provided in Checkout - eg. courier delivery time preferred, recommended delivery address (home address or business). Please include your name, company name, if any, and detailed address, as parcel loss after delivery has been made is not covered by insurance. Any parcel losses will be investigated and may take two weeks for delivery verification.

For larger, heavier or wholesale bulk  items the freight cost will vary depending on the weight and delivery address. If requested we will be happy to advise you of the freight charges prior to dispatch. DeVinci Designer Jewellery uses Fedex as their preferred International freight forwarder. For countries not listed, freight will be advised on completion of your order.

Please note regarding Import duties and Customs clearance, charges are not included in the above freighting costs. Please check with your Customs department within your Country regarding charges for importation of goods. In many countries you will not be liable for Customs and Taxes if the parcel value and freighting costs are under a certain amount, please check with them if unsure.
