DaVinci Designer Jewellery Warranty

DaVinci Designer Jewellery warrants that any product sold from this website will be free of defects in material and workmanship, effective for a period of thirty days from your invoice receipt date.

If any defects in materials or workmanship in our jewellery is identified and notified within the 30 day period, we will at our discretion either repair or replace the product. If we take the product back then we will fully refund your money. DaVinci Designer Jewellery does not accept any liability beyond this and does not accept any liability for consequential loss.

Please note that all warranty claims and goods returned must be accompanied by a valid DaVinci invoice/receipt.

  Returns and Refunds Policy

For your peace of mind you can shop with confidence. DaVinci Designer Jewellery offers a ten day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

To return goods, we require you to fully complete our online Returns Form within ten days from the date of receipt of the goods. We will email a Return Code (RC) with details of how to return the item(s) to us. The RC number must be writted on your original invoice/receipt and return shipping label. Returns must be sent within five days of the RC number being issued.

Items can only be accepted for refund or exchange if unmarked, unused and 100% unworn, in original condition and packaging.
